Q.How many crystals are in a gross?
A.1 gross = 144 pieces = 12 dozen
1/2 gross = 72 pieces = 6 dozen
Q.How soon will my order ship ?
A. If your order is received before 2PM CST, Monday-Friday, it will ship same day.
Q.Who is your primary shipper?
A.We ship USPS and UPS.You can choose your shipping preference when checking out. We offer international through both services as well. We no longer ship to third party international shipping couriers. We cannot track shipping times through those companies.
Q.How safe is my credit/debit card when used on your site?
A.Absolutely no credit information is stored on the website. Employees do not have access to your credit card information, only your shipping information. You can shop securely on glitzonline.com!
Q.What about returns and refunds?
A.You can return any order up to 30 days after receipt. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds. If there is something wrong with your order for any reason, please call or email us with the details.
