This NEW custome made dress is completely decorated with Swarovski Crystals, it is a perfect dress for little ones. It is beautiful without over powering the child. Dress measures 19" in the bust with at least 2 inches of let out room on the sides. The skirt is 8" from the waist (not the bottom of the top). The skirt is made on a slip top so it will never fall down or get uneven when she is wearing it. The slip top has tucks in it that lets you drop the whole skirt down 1/2 inch at a time for a total of about 1 1/2 inches. The total lenght before you let it down is Approximately 16 1/2 inches from the center top shoulder to the hem. It comes complete with a diaper cover, headband and neckpiece.
